PGMacDesign, Inc., an S corporation (the "Company", "we", or "I"), operates techthaumaturge.com and the services offered through it (the "Site"), including the Tech Thaumaturge newsletter and interview education products. This policy explains what information the Site collects and how it is used. The short version: I collect the minimum needed to run the business, I do not sell your information, and you can leave the list or ask for your data to be deleted at any time.
Information you provide
When you sign up for the newsletter, download a resource, submit a form, or purchase a course or coaching product, you provide information such as your name and email address, and in some cases answers you choose to submit. This information is stored in the platform that hosts this Site.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the Site's hosting platform collects standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs, and may use cookies for functionality and aggregate analytics. This data is used to keep the Site working and to understand overall usage, not to build individual profiles.
How your information is used
- To deliver what you asked for: newsletter issues, purchased courses, coaching sessions, and downloads.
- To process payments and maintain purchase records.

I do not sell or rent your personal information. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
Third-party services
The Site runs on Kajabi, which hosts the content, email list, and checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal; the Company never sees or stores your full card details. Some pages embed YouTube videos, which may set their own cookies when played. Each of these providers has its own privacy policy.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message. You can also email [email protected] to ask what information is held about you, request a correction, or request deletion. Requests are honored within 30 days.
Children
The Site is not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided information through the Site, contact me and it will be deleted.
Security
The Site relies on the security practices of its hosting and payment platforms, including encryption in transit (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but access to your information is limited to what is needed to operate the business.

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be noted in the newsletter.
